When you place an order online, you will receive an automated email along with the login details for MyChoice. You just need to Login to your MyChoice account to check the order status.
When you login to MyChoice, you must click on the My Order tab to know your current order status. This tab will list all the details of the template/s bought by you - viz. product number, cost, thumbnail, date of purchase, facility to generate invoice, history of past orders (if any) and current status of the order which could be one of the following :
- Order Under Process
- Order Processed Pending Download
- Order Complete
- Order expired contact us to reactivate
- Order Cancelled
Here's what each status report indicates:
Order under Processs
This means that we have received your order and are verifying your credit card details or waiting for payment through other methods (Wire transfer).
At this stage, you cannot download the Layout as we have not yet received the funds. Please note that just keying in your credit card details does not mean that funds are transferred to our account. In order to close the transaction, we need some time (2 hours to 48 hours) for verifying the payment.
Order Processed Pending Download
This means that we have received the funds and your order has been confirmed. At this stage, you can download the Layout that you bought. Please note that you need to download the layout within 4 working days after which the download URL gets deactivated automatically. In simple words, this status indicates that your order has been processed / approved from our side, but awaits downloading from your side.
Order Complete
This means that you have downloaded the concerned Layout/s. When an order is placed, it waits for two stages, before it actually displays "Order Complete".
First, it awaits our order verification. Once we have verified an order, it displays Order Processed, pending download (as explained in point b above).
Secondly, it awaits you to download the layout. Once you download the Layout, the order gets complete.
Order expired contact us to reactivate
As mentioned in point b above, after your order is processed, you need to download the Layout/s within 4 working days of approval, failing which the download URL gets deactivated automatically. In case, you visit the page after your URL got deactivated, you must contact us with the details and reasons for not being able to download the Layout. After hearing from you we will reactivate the URL for 4 working days.
Order Cancelled
In a situation, where we cannot verify your credit card / payment details, we will cancel the order. In such a situation, your credit card (in case of payment through credit card) will not be charged for this transaction.
When your order is processed, we keep the layouts at a secured place from where you can download the layout purchased once your order is completed. The Download URL gives the location on which your layout is stored and you just need to click the URL to download Template / Layout on to your PC. Remember that you must download the Template within 4 working days after your order is approved.
Each Layout / Template is available for download for 4 working days from the date of approval of the order, after which it gets deactivated automatically. The term 'Download URL expires on the date' indicates the expiry date for this particular order. Though you can reactivate the same; you need to contact us with the details and reason for not being able to download the Layout. After hearing from you, we will reactivate the URL for 4 working days.
The main purpose of the order history is to indicate the points that you have earned on your previous purchases. These can be redeemed for future purchases. As a rule, you stand to earn points equal to 10% of template cost. A listing of previous orders will give you ready reference of the total points you have earned. After every three purchases, you can redeem your points for a 30% discount on your fourth template.
Note: You can redeem points on your fourth purchase and for every purchase you earn loyalty points worth 10% discount, which gets accumulated till your 3rd purchase. Thus, three purchases makes it a 30% discount, which can be redeemed on your fourth purchase. This makes your fourth purchase, available at the "list price less 30% discount".
"Generate Invoice" allows you to generate an online invoice of your purchase for accounting purposes.
No, once an order is placed, it cannot be revoked or cancelled.
When we cancel a given order or do not process it for any reason, the money goes back to your account. The purchase will not be reflected in your credit card billing statement. We are here to clarify your doubts on cancelled orders till the money goes back to your account.
